1. Return Eligibility

  • The product does not match the description provided on our website.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • All tags, accessories, and original documents must be included.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Used or damaged products caused by the customer.
  • Products without original packaging.
  • Items marked as non-returnable.
  • Clearance or discounted items (unless defective).

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us with your order number.
  2. Provide details about the issue.
  3. Share pictures/videos of damaged or incorrect products if required.
  4. Wait for return approval from our team.

4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (where applicable).
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for:

  • Defective products
  • Wrong items delivered
  • Damaged products received

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item), Bijju Online will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For other returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
